Production Plant

Selection of Origins

The quality of our blends always begins with the raw material. Altamura Caffè selects only green coffee from the finest high-altitude plantations in Brazil, Colombia, and Guatemala.

Regular trips to the countries of origin allow us to get to know the producers, harvesting methods, and local traditions up close, so that we can offer our customers an authentic experience — one made of unique aromas and distant cultures preserved in every bean.

Quality Control

Every coffee that enters our production plant undergoes strict inspections and a careful organoleptic evaluation by our panel of qualified tasters.

In our laboratory, each origin is analyzed individually to ensure a high and consistent standard. It is thanks to this attention to detail that every cup of Altamura coffee always delivers balance, body, and sweetness.

Blending

The art of blending is at the heart of our work. We select different origins and skillfully combine them to create distinctive aromatic profiles — from the full-bodied notes of Arabica to the enveloping creaminess of our other blends.

Every product is the result of study, experience, and passion, designed to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Roasting

The most delicate phase of processing is entrusted to a slow and even roasting, lasting between 15 and 17 minutes. We use the convection method, which preserves the coffee’s natural characteristics and enhances its aromatic nuances.

Air cooling and our ongoing technological research allow us to unite artisanal tradition with innovation, transforming each bean into a promise of pleasure to be savored in every cup.
